• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or device is strictly prohibited.
• You may not allow others to use your account, nor may you use another person's account.

After registration, CK88 may request a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until this process is completed. CK88 reserves the right to accept or reject any account registration.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on CK88:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made through a payment method registered in your own name.
• Payments from third parties are not accepted and will be flagged as suspicious.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Funds will be transferred to your real money wallet only after wagering requirements are met.
• Without KYC verification, the maximum monthly withdrawal limit is ৳10,000.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless CK88's Cash Out feature is available.
• Odds Change: If odds change after a bet slip is submitted, CK88 may accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.
• Match Cancelled: If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded or removed from the accumulator.
• Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, CK88 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win limit per bet is set and may vary depending on the account level.

Special rules apply to live betting. CK88 is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet connectivity issues. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that a live bet has been accepted.

CK88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To enjoy these bonuses, the following terms must be observed:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, you must place bets equal to the bonus amount × the specified wagering multiplier.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly or monthly reload bonuses are available for regular members. A specified minimum deposit is required to activate this offer.
• Free Bet: Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly. At least one round of wagering is required.
• Cashback: Cashback is available on losing bets within a specified period. It is credited to the bonus wallet and wagering requirements apply.

CK88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Violations of bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CK88. Immediate action will be taken upon detection of any prohibited conduct:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent referrals.

CK88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of terms or engagement in suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Court orders or requests from regulatory authorities.

Users may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining real-money balance can be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will not be refunded. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to inactive accounts.
